Warranty & Refund Policy

DScover, a distributor of innovative and high-quality products, stands behind the quality of its offerings. All products, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranties. Within thirty (30) days of purchase, we will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace any defective product. After this initial period, customers are required to follow the manufacturer’s warranty process.

Refunds are not typically issued in the following scenarios:
– Change of mind
– Incorrect decision

However, if you’re dissatisfied with your purchase within 10 days of receiving it, we’re happy to accept returns and refund you the original purchase price, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in its original unopened condition.

At DScover’s discretion, remedies under this warranty may include replacement of the defective part, credit, or refund of the purchase price for faulty, inaccurately described, different from sample, or malfunctioning products.

Returned products may undergo quality and performance tests. Non-defective items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, as determined by DScover’s testing facility or authorized third party.

Shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstance.

All products sold by DScover are brand new and manufactured to meet the highest industry standards.

Products are shipped F.O.B. (Freight On Board) and become the sole property of the purchaser upon delivery to the specified shipping agent. Customers should file claims for shipping damage directly with their carrier.

Any discrepancies, including wrong or missing items, must be reported to DScover within 48 hours of receipt. All packages are shipped the following business day.

DScover Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Policy

All returns require prior authorization and must be accompanied by the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please contact us by phone or email. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the package’s exterior and enclosed packing slip.

Incomplete or unauthorized returns will be refused.

Please retain the RMA number and reference it when inquiring about the status of your return.

Please ensure returns are shipped with a carrier that provides tracking and insurance, as DScover cannot be held responsible for lost packages without proof of delivery. Shipping charges for returns must be prepaid.

DScover and its subsidiaries do not provide any expressed or implied warranties beyond those stated herein. We shall not be liable for special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from product use, misuse, or breach of warranty.

State and provincial laws may confer additional rights, which may vary. This warranty provides specific legal rights, and customers may have other rights, depending on applicable laws.

Back-order Policy

If you order an out-of-stock product, we will notify you of the expected availability. Your credit card will not be charged for back-ordered items until we ship your order. Shipping and handling charges will be applied for each shipment. If you wish to change your shipping method, please contact us.
